1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using shop.yc-techs.com (the "Site") and purchasing services from YC Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

YC Studio offers custom website design, deployment, and software development services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and tier inclusions are described on each product page.

3. Project Process

  1. Order placed — Customer purchases a service tier on the Site.
  2. Discovery — Within 1 business day, our team contacts the customer to gather requirements.
  3. Proposal — We deliver a written project proposal (scope, timeline, milestones) for customer approval.
  4. Production — Upon proposal approval, work begins. Refunds are no longer available at this stage.
  5. Review & Revisions — Customer reviews deliverables; the number of revision rounds is defined in each tier.
  6. Final Delivery — Project assets, source code, and access credentials are delivered to the customer.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the customer receives full ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for the project.
  • YC Studio retains the right to display the project in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Third-party assets (open-source libraries, stock images, fonts) remain under their respective licenses.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate requirements, brand assets, and content in a timely manner.
  • Respond to review requests within 7 business days; otherwise the project may be paused.
  • Provide hosting credentials, domain access, and any third-party API keys required for deployment.

6. Limitation of Liability

YC Studio's total liability for any claim related to a service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of YC Studio's operating entity. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

3. 项目流程

  1. 下单 — 客户在本站购买相应档位的服务。
  2. 需求沟通 — 1 个工作日内，我方团队联系客户收集需求。
  3. 方案确认 — 我方出具书面项目方案（范围、周期、里程碑）供客户确认。
  4. 正式制作 — 客户确认方案后开始制作。此阶段起不再支持退款。
  5. 审阅与修改 — 客户审阅交付物；修改轮次以各档位说明为准。
  6. 最终交付 — 项目资产、源码、访问凭证交付客户。

4. 知识产权

  • 付清全款后，客户获得为该项目专门创作的最终交付物的完整所有权。
  • YC Studio 保留在作品集与宣传材料中展示该项目的权利，除非另有书面约定。
  • 第三方资产（开源库、图片素材、字体）仍受其各自许可协议约束。

5. 客户义务

  • 及时提供准确的需求、品牌资产与内容。
  • 在 7 个工作日内回复审阅请求，否则项目可能暂停。
  • 提供部署所需的主机凭证、域名访问权限及第三方 API 密钥。

6. 责任限制

YC Studio 就任何与服务相关的索赔承担的总责任，不超过客户为该服务实际支付的金额。

7. 适用法律

本条款适用 YC Studio 运营主体所在司法管辖区的相关法律。争议应首先由双方善意协商解决。
