1. Nature of Our Services

YC Studio provides custom digital services, including personal website design, enterprise website design, web customization & deployment, and custom software development. All products sold on this store are digital, intangible services. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because our services are highly customized and labor-intensive, refund eligibility depends on the project stage:

Project Stage Refund Available
Before work has started — payment received but no design draft or development work has begun, and the agreed solution/proposal has not yet been confirmed by the client. Full refund available
After the agreed solution has been confirmed and work has started — including any design drafts, code, or deliverables produced by our team. No refund available
Client is unsatisfied with the initial proposal — before any production work begins. Full refund available

In short: Once you have approved the proposed solution and we have begun production, the order becomes non-refundable, because labor and resources have already been allocated to your project.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@yc-techs.com within 7 calendar days of payment, with your order number and reason.
  2. We will review your request within 2 business days.
  3. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Disputes

If you have any concerns about a refund decision, please contact support@yc-techs.com first. We are committed to resolving issues fairly before any chargeback or dispute is filed.

2. 退款条件

由于我们的服务高度定制化、人力成本投入大,退款是否受理取决于项目所处阶段:

项目阶段 是否可退款
方案尚未启动 — 已付款但尚未开始设计稿或开发,且客户尚未确认方案 支持全额退款
方案已确认且已开工 — 我方已开始制作设计稿、代码或任何交付物 不支持退款
客户对初始方案不满意 — 但我方尚未开始正式制作 支持全额退款

简而言之:一旦您确认了方案、我方按方案开工,订单将不再支持退款,因为相应的人力与资源已为您的项目专门分配。

3. 申请退款流程

  1. 付款后 7 个自然日内发邮件至 support@yc-techs.com,注明订单号与退款理由。
  2. 我方在 2 个工作日内审核您的请求。
  3. 审核通过的退款将在 5–10 个工作日内原路退回。

4. 争议处理

若您对退款决定有任何异议,请优先联系 support@yc-techs.com。我们承诺在您发起拒付/争议前,公平协商解决。
